Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are thrilled you're choosing us for your Mahjong experience! Here is everything you need to know about getting your order quickly and safely.

Processing & Shipping Timeframes

We work hard to get your fun started as soon as possible!

• Processing Time: Your order will be carefully prepared and packaged within 48 hours of purchase. It will then be shipped within 48 hours after being packaged.
• Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Standard Delivery: All standard orders ship via UPS Ground and typically arrive 3–4 business days after shipment.
• Tracking: Once your shipping label is created, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey right to your door!

Free Standard Shipping

We offer a great deal for orders delivered within the contiguous United States:

Standard Shipping Rates (for orders under $275)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your purchase:

• Lightweight Purchases (Under 7 lbs.): A flat rate of $10.00
• Heavier Purchases (7 lbs. and over): A flat rate of $15.00

Need It Faster? Expedited Shipping

We can rush your order for an additional fee, which will be calculated at checkout.

• Processing Time for Expedited Orders: These orders receive priority and will be processed, packaged, and ready for the carrier within 1 business day of placement.
• Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the very next business day.
• Delivery Time: Once the carrier has your package, delivery will take 2 days.
• Availability: Expedited shipping is available for all domestic orders within the 48 contiguous states. For expedited shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact our customer service team at info@maymahjong.com before ordering so we can confirm times and availability.

Important Notes & Details

• Shipping Address: Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We can't be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information!
• Order Combinations: Once an order is placed, we are unable to combine it with any other orders.
• Non-Contiguous U.S. Shipping: Locations outside of the continental United States (including international) do not qualify for free shipping. Your shipping rate will be determined during checkout.

At May Mahjong, our commitment to sustainability extends to every package we ship. We believe in being 100% green without compromising the safety of your beautiful tiles.

• Fully Recyclable: All our packaging is 100% recyclable, purchased and shipped within the U.S. to minimize our carbon footprint.

• Simple, Green Materials: We exclusively use basic, recyclable brown boxes for all shipments.

• Designed for Recycling: Our custom tape and stickers (including the one on the tile box) are designed to be easily removable, ensuring the entire box can be recycled without contamination.

• Zero Waste Philosophy: We intentionally avoid glossy, printed, and non-recyclable interior boxes (like those for tiles or racks). These boxes often end up unused in tile bags, and manufacturing and shipping them from overseas creates a significant, unnecessary carbon impact.

A Note on Unexpected Delays

While we strive to adhere to the processing times above, please note that all orders will ship out within 7-10 business days of being placed.

Occasionally, delays can occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as severe weather or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times, especially during peak seasons and holidays, when shipping may take longer than expected.
